Custom process
After consulting with the client, we are ready to start a new project.
If the customer has drawings, including dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make molds according to the drawings.
If the customer has no drawings but has samples, they need to send the samples to our engineer, then we measure the size, and make drawings. Then we make the mold according to the drawing.Customers can choose to make a sample mold with smaller size and lower cost, just to make samples. Customers can also choose to make a large mold directly, which can be used for proofing or mass production.
After the mold making is finished, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make samples, our engineers will measure the size of the samples and do wind tunnel test etc. to make sure the quality of the samples is good. Then we send the samples to customers for testing.
After the sample is confirmed, we will start mass production.
